What counts as a connected account?
One social profile connected through Adeli — one Instagram account, one TikTok account, one YouTube channel, one Facebook Page, one X account. Every one of your users connects their own accounts, cleanly scoped and isolated from each other, and each of those profiles is one connected account. A single user who connects both Instagram and TikTok is two connected accounts.
What happens when I cross a tier boundary?
Only the new accounts get the new rate. Pricing is graduated, not flat, so moving from ten accounts to eleven does not reprice the first ten. Accounts 4 through 10 stay at $5 each and account 11 is charged at $3, which makes eleven connected accounts $38 a month.
Is the free tier a trial, or is it time-limited?
It is a band on the price ladder, not a trial. Your first three connected accounts are free for as long as you use Adeli, and they include the same unlimited posts, scheduling, analytics, and full API access that every paid account gets. No credit card is required to start.
Do failed posts, retries, or API calls cost anything?
Not on Adeli's side. Adeli meters one thing: connected accounts. Posts are unlimited on every tier, and there are no per-post fees on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook, so publishing more, retrying a post, or reading analytics back never changes your Adeli bill there. The exception is X, which charges per API request: Adeli passes X's API usage fees through at X's published rates.
Does posting to X cost extra?
X charges per API request, for creating posts and for reading data such as analytics, comments, and messages. Adeli passes X's API usage fees through at X's published rates. One X account counts as one connected account on Adeli's price ladder.
Which plan do I pick, and how do I upgrade?
There is no plan to pick and nothing to upgrade. The price follows how many accounts are connected, so your eleventh connected account moves into the $3 band on its own and everything else stays where it is. If you never connect a fourth account, you never pay anything.
